Client: Seed funded startup preparing to raise Series A in 2H 2025.

Location: NYC OR Singapore co-working space.

Team Size: <10.

Travel Required: 50% (with potential for more in Year 1).

Estimated Annual Base Salary Range:  210,000 to 220,000 USD. 

Bonus & Equity: 20% bonus in Year 1. Negotiable on equity.

Description

Our client has created a revolutionary Gen AI tool for the healthcare industry which allows for faster and more accurate results to be obtained from quantitative imaging for a variety of diseases. They have an MVP and are on track to secure their first Series round of funding by the end of 2025. More than $3 million USD in venture capital at this time.

This CFO will be one of their first historical leadership hires.

Minimum of 15 to 20 years of financial leadership experience within Pharma, Healthcare, Biotech or Medical Devices. Must have proven track record in developing highly adaptable revenue growth plans, risk management and compliance expertise, as well as creating sustainable investor relations and high profitability ratios. Will need to have worked directly with a CEO in a fast-paced environment as the person responsible for building the entire corporate financial strategy including forecasts, IPO, M&A, and regulatory affairs for a minimum of 10 years total.
