The Process From Here

  • 1

Opportuning will review your application and then decide if it matches the minimum criteria of the position applied to.

  • 2

Successful applicants will then be sent a 25-question candidate assessment to gain further insight into the Applicant Compatibility Matrix, which must be completed and sent back to Opportuning within 5 business days.

  • 3

Our agency will invite only qualified candidates to have an initial 30-minute phone screen to discuss their background and what they are looking for in their next role.

  • 4

Candidates selected to move forward will then need to pass a mandatory background check and professional references including 2-3 former managers/supervisors. This stage can take up to a week or more.

  • 5

Once the candidate screening and vetting stages have been completed, Opportuning will prepare and deliver a formal introduction on the candidate’s behalf to the client.

  • 6

Once the client approves meeting the candidate, Opportuning will schedule the first hiring manager interview within 3 business days.
